With 18 years experience in the Metro real estate market, Sterling has seen lots of changes in the industry and has kept a close eye on development in the area. His knowledge of new construction and connections with developers ensure that you will be well informed on changes in Halifax's market place.
Being raised in a small fishing village on Nova Scotia's south shore, Sterling still enjoys the simple life. In his spare time Sterling enjoys quiet family time and researching genealogy at Nova Scotia's public archives.
